Simplify makes it easy to create notes in seconds, this guide best shows you how to customize those seconds to produce the best note for you!

What does what: Method: The generation method used for the note (recommended to use Technical or Analysis)

Content: This is where it either live listens to an encounter or is given details about what you want the note to be about. (Please review Live Listening & Patient Disclosure.) The AI can either do all the section creation/note type configuration/templating automatically or you can further customize it with the dropdowns

Email: The HIPPA secure email(s) that you want the note sent to (i.e [e-mail] OR can be [e-mail]. [e-mail]) If you are sending to multiple emails just separate them out using a comma

Sections: This if you want a static section list for the note you need, you can create sections or use our already, if sections are selected the AI will not generate any other sections besides the ones you select. If you want a section to show up every time without overriding the AI section creator, add the section to the rules section.

Rules/Templates: Rules and templates operate in the same dropdown but handle a lot differently than each other. Templates are medical note templates you like, you can copy/paste formats that would like the template to incorporate and the note will use them to form the note. Rules work by giving the AI an instruction you want it to follow overtime you make a note/when it sends billing codes to you. (i.e Rule: Always prefer Occupational therapy over Physical therapy for injuries of the right hand)

Dictate: Press this button to start speech to text stream, it will in Realtime track your voice and display what you speak Infront of you in the content box

Create: Creates the note

Draft: Saves the note to draft

Category: This can be used to select the team you would like to save the note too (i.e you work for a doctor or you want someone else to finish the medical note save the draft to the team and let them complete the note for you)

Vitals: Add vitals to be added to the medical note

Logs: The note creation logs of what is going on at that moment
