Adding Vitals

You DO NOT need to add vitals to make notes, and our system can read given vitals from your note you make! BUT IT WILL not add default vitals every time for vitals not given

To add a vital just press the plus button and add a vital, to delete a vital press the x next to the vital name and it will delete the vital. Vitals name values are stored locally so you don't need to worry about templating vitals every time
