Overview

The Analytics Email feature in Simplify AI provides automated reports of documentation performance metrics delivered directly to team owners and managers via email. These reports help track productivity, analyze coding patterns, and estimate revenue impact across your practice without requiring you to log into the platform.

Email Delivery Schedule

Analytics emails are automatically sent at 8:30pm EST with the following frequency:

• Daily: Sent every day

• Weekly: Sent on Fridays

• Monthly: Sent on the last day of each month

• Yearly: Sent on December 31st

Email Content

Each analytics email provides a comprehensive overview of your team's documentation performance, including:

Summary Metrics

• Notes: Total number of notes completed in the selected period with percentage change from previous comparable period

• RVU Work: Estimated Relative Value Units generated with percentage change

• Non-Fac Total: Estimated non-facility revenue with percentage change

• Fac Total: Estimated facility revenue with percentage change

• Dictation Time: Estimated total dictation time in minutes with average per note

Coding Analysis

• Most Common ICD-10 Code: Most frequently used diagnosis code with usage count

• Most Common CPT/HCPCS Code: Most frequently used procedure code with usage count

• CPT/HCPCS Code Table: Complete breakdown of procedure codes with frequency and estimated revenue

• ICD-10 Code Table: Complete breakdown of diagnosis codes with usage counts

Team Performance

• Member with Most Notes: Team member who completed the most notes in the period

• Per-Member Breakdown: Individual performance metrics for each provider including:

  • Note count with percentage change

  • Most common ICD and CPT codes

  • Estimated RVU, facility and non-facility revenue

  • Dictation time statistics
